Specifies the performance requirements and methods of testing for INMARSAT-C ship earth stations capable of transmitting and receiving direct-printing communications, and for enhanced group call equipment, for use in the GMDSS. This second edition takes into account the new performance standards for Inmarsat-C ship earth stations, and the latest editions of IEC 61162-1 and IEC 60945.
